Our stay at Grant Hotel Zell am See was a truly memorable experience! The hotel boasts a breathtaking location with stunning views of the lake and mountains, and the facilities are top-notch. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, which made us feel genuinely welcome. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a rich and varied breakfast buffet and delicious dinners that showcased high-quality ingredients and careful preparation. We did celebrate a birthday during our visit, and while the hotel had planned a small celebration during dinner, we were checking out that day and kindly asked if it could be moved to breakfast instead. The staff accommodated our request, which we truly appreciated. However, the celebration itself was quite modest—mainly colorful stickers on the table. While it was a thoughtful gesture, a bit more effort or a small personal touch could have made it feel more special, especially given the premium nature of the hotel. Despite that minor detail, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. Grant Hotel Zell am See is a fantastic choice for those seeking a luxurious, relaxing getaway in a stunning location.

The glorious room on the lake, the fabulous christmas decorations, the cosy but elegant interiors, the superb food, (bfast lunch and oh my god the dinner!!) the staff members: an army of professional hard working people! the breath taking views, the perfectly maintained and lovely corridors, the sofas, the decorations outside. Even the lifts had impeccable lights and information. And there was also a "daily mail" related to Zell and hotel activities for the day. Simply wow. Even though I have travelled alot and been to fabulous hotels ...the Grand Hotel at Zell am See has now shot up to FIRST place no doubt. Well done to all the team. Thankyou for filling my soul with joy.

Location to the town and ski lift excellent as well as superb views over the lake. A ski shuttle to the lifts ran every day from the hotel. The staff on reception and in the dinning room were exceptional. The breakfast and 5 course evening meals were excellent. The housekeeping staff kept our suite very clean and I was impressed that they reported a small issue with our shower door that was dealt with the same day. We enjoyed our stay.

Food was really good, staff brilliant, really good value for the effort put in by all the staff, from reception, dining to the bar. 5 star. You had some great staff, Maria @ the Front Desk, Lucien and Aura in the restaurant three of the nicest people I've ever met - they were so kind to us! They are a credit to your hotel!
